1. Unofficial Event

MAITRI is an independently organised, student-led event. It is not an official event of, nor is it endorsed or sponsored by, IIIT Kalyani.

2. Registration

Participants must provide accurate information while registering. Registration is subject to confirmation by the organisers.

3. Non-Refundable Fee

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the participant, withdrawal, or non-attendance. Please register only if you are certain of your participation.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, discrimination, misconduct, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Event Guidelines

Participants must follow the instructions of the organisers and comply with the venue's rules. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who violate these guidelines.

6. Personal Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during the event.

7. Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken for event memories and promotional purposes. Attendees who do not wish to be featured should inform the organisers in advance.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the registration form, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
